Health & Safety Policies
Palm Beach Dramaworks is committed to the health and safety of all our patrons, artists, and staff. We have installed an HVAC system throughout the building that complies with all the latest safety standards, including UV light, bi-polar ionization, and specialized high quality air filters.
If you feel unwell, please stay home. Contact the box office for ticket exchange options.
Etiquette
All patrons must be courteous and behave in a manner that does not disturb the performers or other audience members. Patrons must observe the rules of the theatre and follow any instructions given to them by ushers or staff. Patrons must always remain in the auditorium or lobby; they are not permitted in cast dressing rooms, private hallways, or offices. They must not obstruct cast members during the performance. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly or infringes upon the rights of other patrons or staff.
Electronic Devices
Photos and recordings are strictly prohibited. All mobile phones and electronic devices must be turned off before entering the theatre. Some devices can interfere with our sound system, and electronic alerts of all kinds – including ringing phones and texting – are disruptive to other patrons and to the performers.
Smoke-free Environment
In compliance with the Florida Clean Indoor Air Act, Section 386.201 of Florida Statutes, smoking inside the theatre is prohibited. Smoking is permitted outside of the building in various public areas.
Lost and Found
Items found during performances will be turned over to the box office. Please call 561.514.4042 x2 if you have lost or misplaced an item while visiting us.
PBD is committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests. To aid with our safety and security efforts, please arrive early and leave backpacks, large bags, and packages in your car. Outside food and drink are not permitted inside the facility. All persons and bags can be subject to search at the discretion of management before entering the building.
