...is a founding member of Palm Beach Dramaworks and began his career as an actor and director in his hometown of Syracuse, New York. Mr. Hayes has an extensive list of regional directing credits including the Dramaworks productions of 'night, Mother, Seascape, and the highly acclaimed production of Edward Albee's Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? Since 2004, he has received several Carbonell Award nominations as an actor, director, and scenic designer. A thirty year veteran stage actor, his recent Dramaworks roles include Cradeau in No Exit, Norman in The Dresser (Curtain Up Award, Carbonell Award nomination, "Best Actor"), and this past season as Father Todd McKay in the world premiere production of Hand of God. Mr. Hayes was named "Best Stage Actor" in 2004 by New Times Magazine, and is a prize-winning playwright, being the recipient of the 2002 Charles M. Getchell Award. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Theatre League of South Florida, is an adjudicator for the Southeastern Theatre Conference, and is a member of the Dramatists Guild of America.

...and co-founder of Palm Beach Dramaworks. She made her professional performing debut as a dancer in New York City at nine years old and went on to tour in two National companies of the hit musical Fiddler on the Roof starring Zero Mostel and Theodore Bikel. Her film credits include the acclaimed CBS Children's Film Festival and a featured role in Made For Each Other. Ms. Beryl was seen in the highly acclaimed inaugural production of Greetings! at Palm Beach Dramaworks, and was proud to perform in their world premiere production of The Velveteen Undertow. She made her directorial debut staging Wally's Café as the final entry of Dramaworks' premier season. Behind the scenes, Ms. Beryl began her career in theatrical management as the Managing Director of the Schimmel Center for the Arts (NYC), and Box Office Manager and Publicity Director for Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival (MA). She is proud to serve as Chairperson of the Palm Beach County Cultural Council 2006 Cultural Executives Committee and is honored to be an ex-officio member of the Council's Board of Directors.

She has been involved in theatrical productions for the past 27 years, having served in every capacity both on stage and behind the scenes, and was most notably seen as Jessie Cates in the Dramaworks' production of 'night Mother (Carbonell Award nomination, Best Actress) and was named Best Director in 2006 by New Times Magazine. In addition to her numerous acting and directing credits, Ms. Gheridian has extensive experience in radio and television voice-overs. Originally from Boston, she is a founding member of the still thriving NQ Alumni Theatre established in 1987. Directorial credits include the Dramaworks' inaugural production of Greetings, The Zoo Story, Educating Rita, Crossing Delancey, The Deadly Game, Lips Together, Teeth Apart, the southeastern premiere of Trying, and most notably, the critically acclaimed production of The Dresser, which won the 2003 Curtain Up Award for "Best Play" and was nominated for five Carbonell Awards, including "Best Director" and "Best Production".
